  2. OR, B.Sc with a minimum of 50% marks + 2 years B.Ed.
  3. OR, B.Sc with at least 45% marks + 2 years B.Ed.
  4. OR, Minimum 50% marks in Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) + 4-year degree in B. El. Ed
  5. OR, Senior Secondary with a minimum of 50% marks + 4-year B.Sc. Ed.
  6. OR, B.Sc. with at least 50% marks + 1-year B.Ed. (Special Education)
  7. In the case of B.Sc, Candidates must have studied a combination of at least three subjects: Physics, Zoology, Mathematics, Chemistry, and Botany.
TGT Mathematics
  1. A minimum of 50% marks in B.A./B.Sc./B.Com in Mathematics (as an elective subject) + 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education/B.Ed.
  2. OR, B.A./B.Sc./B.Com (minimum 45% marks) and 50% marks in Mathematics (as an elective subject) + 2-year B.Ed.
  3. OR, Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with a minimum of 50% marks + 4-year B. El. Ed/ B.A./B.Sc/B.Com Ed. or B.A Ed./B.Sc. Ed./B.Com. Ed.
  4. OR, At least 50% marks in B.A./B.Sc./B.Com as well as in Maths (as elective subject) + 2-year B.Ed.
TGT English
  1. Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 50% marks in English (as compulsory/elective/Core/Honours) + English as a teaching subject in BTC/JBT/D.Ed/(B.Ed.)/B.Ed. (Special Education)
  2. OR, Minimum 50% marks in English in a 4-year B.El.Ed/Integrated BA.B.Ed.
  3. Candidates should have Sanskrit or Hindi as one of the subjects in their class 10 or higher education.
TGT Hindi
  1. B.A. (minimum 50% marks) in Hindi (as elective subject) + 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education/B.Ed.
  2. OR, At least 45% marks in B.A. and 50% marks in Hindi (elective subject) + 2 years in B.Ed.
  3. OR, Minimum 50% marks in senior secondary (equivalent degree) + 4 years B. El. Ed./ BA Ed.
  4. OR, B.A. with a minimum of 50% marks and Hindi as an elective subject + 1-year B.Ed. (Special Education)
  5. Candidates should have completed matric with Hindi/Sanskrit for class 12/BA/MA with Hindi.
TGT Sanskrit
  1. B.A. degree with a minimum of 50% marks in Sanskrit as an elective subject + 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education/B.Ed.
  2. OR, B.A. with a minimum of 45% marks and 50% marks in Sanskrit (elective subject) + 2-year B.Ed.
  3. OR, Minimum 50% marks in senior secondary (or equivalent degree) + 4 years B. El. Ed./ BA Ed.
  4. OR, B.A. (with a minimum of 50% marks) and Sanskrit as an elective subject + 1-year B.Ed. (Special Education)
  5. OR, Shastri (with a minimum of 50% marks) from a recognized university.

TGT Physical Education
  1. A graduation degree in Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed.) or Diploma in Physical Education (D.P.Ed.) (or equivalent degree)
  2. Candidates should have passed class 10 with Hindi/Sanskrit or class 12/B.A./M.A. with Hindi as one of the subjects.
