What is the UPSC Exam?
UPSC or Union Public Service Commission is a central-level body responsible for conducting various recruitment exams for civil servants in India. Through the UPSC exam, the conducting body recruits candidates for the All-India Services such as Indian Administrative Services (IAS), Indian Police Service (IPS), IRS, Engineering Services, CDS, and NDA.
UPSC 2025 Application Process
UPSC 2025 application form will be available online on the official website for all recruitment exams. UPSC has an OTR section on its website. Part - 1 UPSC Registration

- UPSC OTR page will be opened on your screen.
- Enter your details to get yourself registered.
Part - 2 UPSC Login
Once the registration process is completed, the applicant gets the login credentials on its registered Email ID and Mobile Number. The applicant is required to fill in the details in the application form. Check the steps to submit the UPSC application form below:
- Enter login credentials, such as Registration ID and Password, and submit them.
- The UPSC CSE application form will appear on your screen.
- Fill out the details to complete the UPSC CSE application form.
- Now, upload the scanned copies of the documents.
- Finally, make the payment of the application form.
- Check all the details and submit your UPSC application form.
At the time of application, the applicants are required to upload scanned copies of documents such as photographs and signatures, Valid photo ID cards, Certificates including caste and others (if applicable), and academic qualification certificates.
