1111000

First, convert both decimal numbers to binary: \(12 = 1100_2\) and \(10 = 1010_2\).

Multiplying in binary using long multiplication: \(1100 \times 0 = 0000\), \(1100 \times 1\) shifted one place \(= 11000\), \(1100 \times 0\) shifted two places \(= 000000\), and \(1100 \times 1\) shifted three places \(= 1100000\).

Adding these partial products: \(0000 + 11000 + 000000 + 1100000 = 1111000\).

Verifying with decimal arithmetic: \(12 \times 10 = 120\), and converting 120 to binary gives \(64 + 32 + 16 + 8 = 120\), i.e. \(1111000_2\), which matches.

Hence, the binary product of 12 and 10 is 1111000.
