- Reservation for SCs/STs, women (Paharis, Gujjars, Bakarwals) implemented.
- All Central schemes (Ayushman Bharat, PM-KISAN) fully implemented.
- Assembly elections (2024) with peaceful, high turnout signalled democratic revival.
- Enhanced integration with the national mainstream.
