Given:

Total persons in the group = 120

Number of Indian people = 80

Number of foreigners = 120 - 80 = 40

Number of persons in the group who can speak English = 70

Calculation:

Assuming all the foreigners speak English we will get the minimum number of Indians who can speak English i.e.

Minimum number of Indians speaking English = Total English speaking people - Maximum number of foreigners speaking English

⇒ 70 - 40 = 30

Hence, as the number of foreigners speaking English will decrease the number of Indians speaking English will increase.

So, we will have 30 or more Indians speaking English.
