 ‘A + B’ means ‘A is the mother of B’,

 ‘A − B’ means ‘A is the sister of B’, 

‘A × B’ means ‘A is the son of B’ and

 ‘A ÷ B’ means ‘A is the brother of B’. 

How is D related to K if ‘D + E − F ÷ G × K’?

The correct answer is

Wife

Read the chain link by link: D + E means D is the mother of E.

E − F means E is the sister of F, and F ÷ G means F is the brother of G; so E, F and G are siblings.

G × K means G is the son of K, so K is a parent of G, and therefore K is a parent of all three siblings E, F and G.

D is the mother of these children while K is their father, so D and K are the parents of the same children, making D the wife of K.

Hence, D is the Wife of K.
