₹1,20,000
Dividend Paid = (Interim Dividend) + (Opening Proposed Dividend - Closing Proposed Dividend).
= (₹4,00,000 × 20%) + (₹40,000 - ₹60,000).
= ₹80,000 + ₹40,000 = ₹1,20,000.
