SSC GD Constable 2018 exam, conducted on 9 March 2019 (Shift 1), was a computer-based test for recruitment to General Duty Constable posts in CAPFs, NIA, SSF, and Assam Rifles. The paper included 100 multiple-choice questions from General Intelligence & Reasoning, General Knowledge & General Awareness, Elementary Mathematics, and English/Hindi. Each question carried 1 mark, with a negative marking of 0.25 marks for every incorrect answer. The total exam duration was 90 minutes. Candidates who qualified the written test advanced to the PET/PST, followed by medical examination and document verification.
