The CUET PG 2025 Plant Biotechnology exam  30 March, Shift-1 was conducted in online CBT mode as a crucial stage of the selection process, which begins with registration, proceeds to the exam, then merit list preparation, counselling & seat allotment, and concludes with document verification. The paper consisted of 75 multiple-choice questions to be solved in 90 minutes, with +4 marks awarded for each correct answer and –1 mark deducted for each wrong response. Instructions were bilingual (English & Hindi). Questions were drawn from the Plant Biotechnology syllabus (including topics like micropropagation, haploid production, protoplast fusion, plant growth–promoting bacteria, and related molecular techniques)
