TSTET Exam Analysis 2026: Check Paper 1 & 2 Difficulty Level, Good Attempts

Telangana State Teacher Eligibility Test (TSTET) 2026 is being conducted by the Telangana State Department of School Education as per the official schedule, starting from January 3, 2026. The examination is being held in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode across multiple days to assess candidates’ eligibility for teaching positions in Classes I to VIII in Telangana schools. TSTET Paper 1 Exam Analysis (Classes I–V)

TSTET 2026 Paper 1 exam was conducted as per schedule for candidates teaching Classes I to V. Based on initial feedback, the overall difficulty level was easy to moderate. Language and EVS sections were scoring, while Mathematics and Child Development & Pedagogy were moderately difficult. The expected good attempts range between 105 and 115 questions.

TSTET Paper 2 Exam Analysis (Classes VI–VIII)

TSTET 2026 Paper 2 exam was conducted for candidates aspiring to teach Classes VI to VIII. As per initial reactions, the overall difficulty level was moderate. Language sections were easy to moderate, while Child Development & Pedagogy and the optional subject (Math & Science / Social Studies) were slightly challenging. The expected good attempts for Paper 2 range between 95 and 110 questions, depending on accuracy.

TSTET 2026 examination required focused and concept-based preparation. Candidates who performed well in Child Development & Pedagogy, Language sections, and their respective subject areas had higher chances of qualifying. Regular practice of previous years’ TSTET question papers and a clear understanding of teaching methodologies and classroom applications helped improve accuracy.
