TS EAMCET 2026, now officially known as TG EAPCET, opened registration on February 19, 2026 and ran until April 4 without a late fee, with a further window carrying a Rs 250 late fee extending up to May 2. JNTU Hyderabad, which conducted TS EAMCET on behalf of the Telangana State Council of Higher Education, held separate exam dates for Engineering and for Agriculture and Pharmacy. This page covers the fee structure, the offline payment options at TS Online and AP Online centres, the stream-wise exam schedule, and the correction facility that followed registration.

TS EAMCET's registration ran in two phases: a regular window without a late fee, followed by a separate window where Rs 250 was added on top of the base fee for each stream applied for.
| Window | Dates | Extra Fee |
|---|---|---|
| Regular registration | February 19 to April 4, 2026 | None |
| Late fee window | April 5 to May 2, 2026 | Rs 250 per stream |
| Correction window | April 6 to 8, 2026 | None |
| Admit card released | April 29, 2026 | |
| Exam, Agriculture and Pharmacy | May 4 and 5, 2026 | |
| Exam, Engineering | May 9 to 11, 2026 |
Registration for this cycle is now closed. Results for both streams have been declared, and counselling is underway.
TS EAMCET 2026's fee doubles if a candidate applies for both streams (Engineering plus Agriculture and Pharmacy) rather than one, and paying at an offline centre is an accepted alternative to online payment.
| Stream Choice | General / OBC | SC / ST |
|---|---|---|
| One stream only | Rs 800 | Rs 400 |
| Both streams | Rs 1,600 | Rs 800 |
Online payment was accepted through debit card, credit card, net banking, and UPI. Offline payment was available at TS Online, AP Online, E-Seva, and MEE-Seva centres, where a candidate walked in with their name, parent's name, year of birth, phone number, and qualifying exam hall ticket number to pay in person. Once paid through any mode, the fee was not refunded.
TS EAMCET follows the same fee-before-form model that Telangana's other state entrance exams use, and this sequence catches candidates who expect to fill personal details first and pay at the end.
Paying the fee generates a transaction ID, which becomes the entry point into the actual application form. Until the fee is confirmed, there is nothing to fill in on the portal. A candidate who plans to pay offline at a TS Online or AP Online centre should factor in the centre's working hours and allow time for the transaction to reflect on the portal, since the form cannot be started until the payment status shows as confirmed.
TS EAMCET 2026's application followed a two-part process: pay the fee first, then fill and submit the form using the payment reference. The steps below cover both parts in the order a candidate actually encounters them.
TS EAMCET's document requirements differ slightly depending on whether a candidate claims SC/ST reservation, but every applicant needs the core set below regardless of category.
| Document | Notes |
|---|---|
| Photograph | Recent, passport-size, as per the portal's upload specifications |
| Signature | Scanned clearly |
| Qualifying exam hall ticket number | Entered during fee payment and again during form login |
| Class 10 and Class 12 details | Entered as text, not uploaded as files at the application stage |
| Caste certificate | SC and ST candidates must carry a duly attested photocopy to the exam centre |
| Income certificate | For fee reimbursement or scholarship consideration at the admission stage |
| Local candidate certificate | For candidates claiming local status under the AP Educational Institutions Order, 1974 |
OBC candidates do not need to submit a category certificate at the application or exam stage. Their category certificate is checked later during counselling and admission. SC and ST candidates, however, must carry the caste certificate to the exam centre itself.
TS EAMCET 2026's correction facility ran from April 6 to 8, allowing edits to the submitted form. No additional fee was charged for using it.
Log in with the same credentials used during the application, open the submitted form, and update whichever fields need fixing. The correction window opened before the late-fee registration closed (the late-fee window ran up to May 2), so a candidate who registered during the late-fee phase after April 8 had no correction facility at all, the same gap that affected JEECUP's 2026 cycle.
TS EAMCET splits its exam across separate dates by stream, which matters at the application stage because a candidate applying for both streams sits two entirely separate papers on different days.
| Stream | Exam Dates | Shifts |
|---|---|---|
| Agriculture and Pharmacy | May 4 and 5, 2026 | Morning (9 AM to 12 PM) and Afternoon (3 PM to 6 PM) |
| Engineering | May 9 to 11, 2026 | Morning (9 AM to 12 PM) and Afternoon (3 PM to 6 PM) |
Each paper had 160 multiple-choice questions worth 1 mark each, to be completed in 3 hours. There was no negative marking, so unanswered and incorrect questions both scored zero. The exam ran as a computer-based test in 21 test zones.
TS EAMCET 2026 drew a large pool of registrations across both streams, and many of the errors that tripped candidates up came from the fee-before-form structure and the offline payment option.
TS EAMCET 2026's exam and result phases are over, and counselling is the next active step for qualified candidates. Anyone researching this for the next cycle can use the fee, document, and process details above as a reference, while checking eapcet.tsche.ac.in for the fresh notification and any changes JNTU Hyderabad introduces.

Ques: If I paid for one stream only, can I add a second stream later without re-registering?
Ans: Adding a second stream requires a separate fee payment. Whether it can be done after the initial submission depends on whether the late-fee window is still open at that point. Once the late-fee window closes, no further stream additions are accepted.
Ques: Do OBC candidates need to upload a caste certificate during TS EAMCET registration?
Ans: No. OBC candidates do not submit a caste certificate at the application or exam stage. Their category is verified later during counselling and admission. Only SC and ST candidates must carry the certificate to the exam centre.
Ques: Can I pay TS EAMCET's fee offline and still fill the form online?
Ans: Yes. Paying offline at a TS Online, AP Online, E-Seva, or MEE-Seva centre generates a transaction ID that is then used to log in and fill the form online. The offline step covers only the payment, not the form itself.
Ques: Is TS EAMCET the same exam as TG EAPCET?
Ans: Yes. TS EAMCET was renamed TG EAPCET after the state name changed from Telangana State to Telangana Government in official usage. Both names refer to the same exam conducted by JNTU Hyderabad on behalf of TSCHE.
Ques: Does TS EAMCET have negative marking?
Ans: No. Each correct answer earns 1 mark, and incorrect or unanswered questions score zero. There is no penalty for a wrong answer in either the Engineering or the Agriculture and Pharmacy paper.
