FSSAI Food Analyst Selection Process 2026

• Stage 1 – Computer-Based Test (CBT): An objective exam assessing food analysis, food safety standards, chemistry, microbiology, and food laws. Candidates must score the minimum qualifying marks set by FSSAI to proceed.
• Stage 2 – Practical Examination: Shortlisted candidates’ laboratory skills and practical knowledge of food analysis are evaluated.
