Physical Efficiency Test

Male Candidates

  1. Race: PST qualifiers will compete in a 3.2 km race that must be finished in under 14 minutes (840 seconds).
  2. Long Jump: 335 cm is the minimum required height. (There will be three chances, and the longest legal jump—rounded up to the nearest cm—will be taken into account when determining the grade.)

Female Candidates

  1. Race: Those who pass the PST will have to run 1600 meters in less than eight minutes.
  2. Long Jump: Minimum height of 244 cm(There will be 3 chances, and the mark will be based on the longest valid jump, rounded to the nearest cm.)

Medical Standards / Medical exam

General: Candidates can't have crossed eyes and should be able to see colors well. Varicose veins will be a temporary reason for not being able to compete. He or she must have a healthy mind and body. He or she can't have any physical flaws or diseases like diabetes, hernia, piles, respiratory diseases, or anything else that would make it hard for them to do their jobs well.

Eyesight: At least one eye should have distance vision of 6/6 and the other should not be worse than 6/9 without glasses or contacts. Your close vision should be fine.
