Age Limit of SIB PO 2021

  • Usually, the candidate should not be more than 25 Years and the candidate should not be older than the prescribed age as on the date mentioned in the official notification of South Indian Bank 2021.
  • For the age limit (upper and lower limit dates) for the 2021 examination, the final dates are yet to be disclosed for candidates. Kindly check the official website for more information.
  • The upper age limit has been relaxed by 5 years in the case of SC/ST candidates. Thus, providing an advantage to reserved candidates.

The age criteria for SIB PO 2020 were:

  • Less than 25 years and the Date of birth of the candidate should not be earlier than 01.07.1994.
  • Also, the born of the candidate not later than 30.06.2000 (Inclusive of both dates)

To apply for South Indian Bank PO Recruitment 2021, you should know the complete application process. Please follow the below simple steps to complete your application on time:

Kindly note that:

  • The online exam only consists of objective type questions.
  • The language of the exam is English.
  • There will be negative marking for every wrong answer i.e., 1/4th of the marks will be deducted.

Ans. South Indian Bank (SIB), is a private sector banking organization. The establishment of the bank was the fulfillment of the dreams of a group of enterprising men who joined together at Thrissur, Kerala. SIB is the FIRST among the private sector banks in Kerala to become a scheduled bank in 1946 under the RBI Act. And also, FIRST bank in the private sector in India to open a Currency Chest on behalf of the RBI in April 1992. Every year SIB conducts a Probationary officer examination for aspiring candidates.
