RPSC (Rajasthan Public Service Commission) RAS (Rajasthan Administrative Examinations) are very prestigious and one of the most sought after examinations by the students of Rajasthan. These exams are to recruit candidates for the Group A level of administrative offices of the Government of Rajasthan. RPSC conducts this exam every year at many exam centres spread across the state of Rajasthan. RPSC has provided all the information regarding the RAS exams, such as the application, syllabus, eligibility, and others on the official website for the perusal of the students.
Recently RPSC released the RAS Result 2020 for the RAS Mains 2019, conducted on 25th-26th June 2019. Nearly 18000 candidates appeared for the Rajasthan Administrative Services Exams at various exam centres across Rajasthan. Along with it, RPSC also released the cut-off marks for checking the eligibility of the students for the next exams. Every year, the RPSC releases cut-off marks for each level of exams with the result of the previous year for the students to check if they have qualified for the next level.
RPSC released the 2020 results on 9th July along with the Cut-off list soon following it. The result is available for the students to check, download and print from the official website.
RPSC releases cut-off marks for all the examinations along with the results. They are important so that the students can calculate if they have qualified the next level of examinations. The minimum cut-off marks to qualify the exams are different for each category. Thus the list is very detailed and mentions each category separately.
However, the students need to know that the passing marks are different from the cut-off marks. The passing marks don’t change, and they only determine if the candidate is in or out of the race. Whereas, the cut-off marks change every year, and determine if the students can apply for the next exam or their selection for the vacancies in the administrative system.
