Language Competency

All the candidates are tested on the competency for the languages like General Hindi, General English and Regional Language. All the languages are scored on 15 marks each.

NVS Selection Process

NVS 2021 Selection Procedure

Once the candidate qualifies the examination on the basis of marks scored in the Computer Based Test (CBT), the next stage is the interview round. If the candidate qualifies this round, the last stage of the selection procedure is the document verification.

The vital information for the post of Legal Assistant, Female Staff Nurse & Catering Assistant selection procedure is that a candidate will be selected on the basis of performance in the Computer Based Test only. Similarly, for the Lower Division Clerk post of NVS, candidates after shortlisting on the basis of Written Examination, are called for Trade or Skill Test which is of qualifying in nature only and carries no weightage in the selection process. In case a candidate fails to qualify the trade or skill test, their candidature would be rejected even if all the sections are qualified with good marks.
