November 27, 2020: Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL) has officially released the written exam admit card for the recruitment of the posts of Diploma Trainee. Candidates who have registered for the PGCIL Diploma Trainee Recruitment 2020, can visit the official PGCIL site @powergridindia.com and download their exam admit card respectively.
It has been notified by the PGCIL authorities that the admit card should be downloaded along with the exam and CBT instructions on A4 size paper. Admit cards for the written exam of PGCIL Diploma Trainee Recruitment 2020 will not be sent by post, candidates are required to download it via the PGCIL website. Also, the admit cards are only valid if the candidate's photo and signature are printed in color.
PGCIL authorities have planned to conduct the written exam for the PGCIL Diploma Trainee Recruitment 2020 on December 17, 2020 at various exam centres including Meerut, Roorkee, Patna, Jaipur, Dehradun, Delhi NCR, Kolkata, and Hyderabad.

To qualify the PGCIL Diploma Trainee Recruitment 2020 written exam, Candidates are required to obtain a minimum of 40% marks with at least 30% marks in each of the stages separately. However, 30% marks are for the reserved category candidates.

Candidates can follow the below-mentioned steps to download the PGCIL Diploma Trainee exam admit card 2020.
- Step 1: Visit the official PGCIL site powergridindia.com
- Step 2: Navigate to the ‘Career Section’ and click on the link of ‘Job Opportunities’
- Step 3: Now, Click on the link that reads “Northern Region-I, Delhi Recruitment” under Regional Openings
- Step 4: Now, go to the ‘Recruitment of candidates for Diploma Trainee posts (Electrical/Civil) in NR-I->’ and click on it
- Step 5: Click on the download link of Admit Card and enter your login details such as Registration ID(Application Number) and Date of Birth(DDMMYYYY) and hit the search button
- Step 6: Your PGCIL Diploma Trainee Recruitment 2020 Admit Card will appear on the screen. Download it for exam purposes
