The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) had released a notification (Advt. 18/2019) for the recruitment of 27 Deputy Central Intelligence Officer (Technical) [DCIO-Technical] in Intelligence Bureau (IB), under the Ministry of Home Affairs.

The UPSC DCIO exam was conducted on March 8, 2021. The commission has declared the results of the same and the list of shortlisted candidates on the official website - upsc.gov.in. The candidates who had appeared for the exam can now check their results.

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has declared the results of the DCIO Exam that was conducted on March 8, 2021. The exam was conducted throughout India and thousands of aspirants had attended the exam. 

The candidates who had appeared for the exam can now download the results of the UPSC DCIO Exam from the official UPSC site by following the steps mentioned below.

UPSC DCIO Results - How to Download?

  • Step 1: Open a browser, type - “upsc.gov.in” in the address bar, and hit Enter.
  • Step 2: Scroll down a bit and click on the What’s new section.
  • Step 3: Find and click on the - “Notice: 27 Posts of Deputy Central Intelligence Officer (Technical), IB ”.
  • Step 4: Now, click on the PDF icon to download the official results.

After downloading the pdf, you can search for your roll number in the list of selected candidates by using the find function [Ctrl + F].

The candidates who have passed the exam will be called for an interview. The admit cards for the personal interview will be available on the official UPSC website soon. Candidates have to download the admit cards and carry the same to the interview round.
