UPSC Combined Medical Services Examination(CMS) 2020 final results released

The final result of Combined Medical Services Examination 2020 has been published by the Union Public Service Commission on its official website.

The UPSC has conducted Combined Medical Services Examination 2020 to recruit candidates for 559 vacancies in the posts of ADMO, CHO, GDMO and some other junior scale posts.

The result published was for the Computer Based Examination (Part I) of Combined Medical Services Examination 2020, which was conducted by the UPSC on October 22, 2020.Official website of UPSC

UPSC also conducted a personality Test (Part II) for the above posts from January to March 2021.

After the completion of the selection procedure, the candidates selected will be appointed in the following services/posts under two categories –

UPSC CMS Category I

  • Junior Scale Posts in Central Health Service.

UPSC CMS Category II

  • Assistant Divisional Medical Officer in the Railways,
  • Assistant Medical Officer in Indian Ordnance Factories Health Service,
  • General Duty Medical Officer in New Delhi Municipal Council
  • General Duty Medical Officer Grade-II in East Delhi Municipal Corporation, North Delhi Municipal Corporation and South Delhi Municipal Corporation.

Appointments were made for the above posts/ services as per the vacancies available in the department at the time of recruitment.

A ”Facilitation Counter” has been made by UPSC near the examination hall building in the campus.
