The initial screening and shortlisting exam will be conducted by the NRA but the subsequent stages of the exam will be conducted by the respective exam conducting body like SSC, RRB, and IBPS etc. The score of the CET Exam will act as a determinant for which government job or domain you can apply for in the next stage.
The organization was established by the government to conduct the CET exam for shortlisting candidates for Group-B and Group-C posts and for different posts of the public sector that do not fall under such categories. This organization is expected to set new standards of inclusiveness for candidates from the remotest corner of the country. There are also plans to set-up exam centers in several districts of the country, specifically for conducting the CET exam so that the candidates from the remotest locations do not have to travel a lot to reach their nearest exam center. With so many different aims related to NRA, the first formally organized CET which is going to be conducted following all the rules and regulations, cannot be undertaken before September 2021.
