Odisha Civil Service 2021 Recruitment notice has been released on December 31, 2020, according to which the online registrations will begin from January 12, 2021, to February 12, 2021, for eligible candidates at opsc.gov.in. As per the notice released, a total of 392 posts are available under Odisha Civil Services (OCS). Eligible candidates will be selected for vacant posts 9n in accordance with the OCS (Combined Competitive Recruitment Examination) Rules, 1991.

Odisha Civil Service Exam 2021 recruitment process is in the online mode this year, however, the candidates who pass the preliminary written examination will have to submit photocopies of all necessary documents. Additionally, the Odisha Civil Service 2021 Recruitment selection process will undergo three segments: a preliminary written examination, the main examination, and a viva voce round.

Odisha Civil Service Exam 2021 Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates wishing to apply for the examination for the Odisha Civil Services, need to full fill the following eligibility criteria:

  1. Should be a citizen of India. 
  2. Candidates need to be within 21 to 32 years of age. 
  3. Persons of disabilities belonging to SC/ST/SEBC categories are liable for cumulative age relaxation benefits. 
  4. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree from any recognized university. 
  5. Must be able to read, speak, and write Odia with schooling qualifications.

Preliminary and main examinations will take place in 5 zones: Balasore, Berhampur, Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, and Sambalpur. Candidates can select their exam center while submitting the application form.
