On Friday, October 16, 2020, The Jammu and Kashmir Service Selection Board (SSB) alerted the aspiring candidates against a fake notification that was being circulated on the social media platforms. The fake notification was about the admit cards for an examination to recruit the candidates for the post of panchayat accounts assistant.
As per the SSB spokesperson, The J-K SSB board authorities claimed that the fake notification was misleading the aspiring candidates. Therefore they're advised to visit the official website of the J-K SSB, @(www.jkssb.nic.in) to check the latest updates and information.
Following the fake notice, an official stated that the circulation of the fake notification regarding the admit card has created unnecessary anxiety and annoyance to the candidates. Further it has misused the name of the J&K Service Selection Board and its authority members.
Further, the Cyber Cell of the J&K Police has taken the matter into their custody for further detailed investigation. And the J&K Service Selection Board must conduct the said exams as soon as possible and finalize the candidates for the post of panchayat accounts assistant at the earliest-possible time, he added.
However, the official clarified that the J&K Services Selection Board hasn't released any notification regarding the recruitment exam admit cards on the social media platforms.
