The Railway Recruitment Board has started a help desk for applicants whose application has been rejected. While there is no option for reapplication or modification, candidates can sent a query on the issue at the help desk.
The link for accessing this page is provided on all the websites of the RRBs. You can easily check the website of your respective RRB and find the link which redirects you to the website mentioned above. Once you head over to the page, you will find a drop down menu which contain eight options. While the first seven on the list are some of the most frequently asked questions since the release of the RRB NTPC 2020 status, the last one is a “others” field for candidates with unique and specific issues. Once you click on the others option, the fields for submitting the query will be active and you can enter you message, email ID, name and registration number in the respective fields and sent it.

The RRB NTPC 2020 exam is much awaited and the admit card is yet to be released. In case, you application has been rejected, you can send a query through this portal or else, keep checking the website frequently for the latest update on the exam.
