The Railway Recruitment Board successfully conducted the exam for Non-Technical Popular Categories on March 20 at various exam centres across the country. It was the fifth phase of the Computer Based Test and was conducted in two shifts- Morning (10:30 AM to 12:00 PM) and Afternoon (3:00 PM to 4:30 PM).

The RRB NTPC CBT tests have begun on December 28, 2020, and are being conducted in several phases all across the country. Currently, phase 5 is being conducted and will continue till March 27, 2021.

RRB NTPC 2020-21: Overall Exam Analysis

  • The total duration of the RRB NTPC CBT Exam is 90 minutes
  • The total marks of the exam are 100.
  • 0.5 marks are deducted for each wrong answer.
  • The normalization method is used to calculate the scores and the cut-offs
  • Overall the difficulty level of exams for both shifts was easy.
