RBI has released 322 vacancies for the RBI Grade B 2021 recruitment process. The posts included are Grade B Officers in DR General, DR DEPR, and DR DSIM. The RBI Grade B recruitment process has three stages- Phase I exam, Phase 2 exam, and the personal interview.

The RBI Grade B application Process was completed in February 2021. The first stage i.e. the Phase I exam was conducted on Saturday, March 6, 2021, in two shifts. The candidates who clear this will qualify for the Phase 2 exam.

The difficulty level of the RBI Grade B exam was moderate to difficult. Some portions of the paper were lengthy. Good attempts were 106-117 questions with an accuracy of 90%. Except for the English Language Section, the question paper was bilingual (Hindi and English).

English Language

  • Difficulty Level of the Section- Easy and Lengthy
  • Good Attempts- 20 to 22 questions with 90% accuracy
  • Types of Questions- Cloze Test, Word Rearrangement, and Reading Comprehension

General Awareness

  • Difficulty Level of the Section- Moderate and Lengthy
  • Good Attempts- 50 to 55 questions with 90% accuracy.
  • A lot of questions were based on current affairs.
  • 8-11 questions from February 2021.
  • 2-3 questions from March 2021.
  • Some questions from September 2020- January 2021
  • Most questions were in-depth and very few were direct.
  • 3-5 questions from Static G.K.
  • Paragraph questions and Government Scheme-related questions were there.
