The HPTET 2020 exam had been postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic and finally, the new exam dates have been determined to be August 25-28, 2020. The admit card for the same has been made available on the official website and candidates can easily download them. Furthermore, several precautionary measures will be taken this year to minimize the risk of COVID-19 at the exam centers and HPBOSE has also released a guideline regarding the same for the staff and coordinators at the exam centers. Steps to download the admit card:

• Visit the official website of the HPTET exam.
• There you will find the active tab for “Download Admit card”
• Once you click on it, the login page will appear where you must enter the user id and password generated during registration.
• Once you login, your admit card will be there on the screen and you can easily download the pdf version.
• Take a printout as it is mandatory to be allowed into the exam hall.

Important things that are mentioned in the admit card:

The HPTET admit card will feature the candidate’s name, roll number, date of birth, exam venue details, category of the candidate, exam time, reporting time and closing time, the candidates' signature, and photograph. It will also have instructions regarding the exam hall rules.

In case there is any discrepancies in the admit card, the candidate has to send queries at the official address of HPTET till September 9, 2020. Beyond the date, no queries will be entertained. In case you have forgotten the password, enter your user id and the captcha, and the new password will be send on your registered email ID.

The candidates are required to carry an additional photo identity proof that is government approved along with the admit card to the HPTET exam centers. This can be Aadhar card, Voter ID, Driving License, Passport, or PAN card.

• HPTET 2020 June session admit cards have been released on August 21, 2020
• JBT TET and Shastri TET are scheduled for August 25, 2020
• TGT( non-medical) TET and Language teacher TET are going to be conducted on August 26, 2020
• TGT TET Arts and medical will be conducted on August 27, 2020
• Punjabi and Urdu TET will be conducted on August 28, 2020
