Indian Air Force (IAF) has declared the Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT) (II) 2020, SSB Interview Dates for the Meteorology branch on its official website. Candidates who have applied for the AFCAT II 2020 will now appear for the SSB Interview Round.
The seat selection of the candidates in the meteorological branch will commence from November 2 for men, while for women, it will commence from November 9, 2020. However, the selection process is based on the written, psychological, medical, and merit list.
The Meteorology branch has announced a total of 22 vacancies, out of which 10 vacancies are for Men that is for the post of Permanent Commission while 12 vacancies are for the post of Short Service Commission that is for both men and women.
Candidates who are shortlisted via screening of the application forms will be called for the Services Selection Board (SSB) Testing interview round. If the candidates are recommended by the SSB, then they shall undergo the medical fitness tests which will be conducted by the medical authorities in the Air Force. Thereafter, SSB will prepare a merit list depending upon the availability of the vacancies in various branches of IAF.

AFCAT II 2020 results are likely to be announced soon by the IAF on its official website. Candidates are advised to keep checking the website and they can view the results by entering their login credentials. IAF will release the AFCAT II 2020 cutoff along with the results.
Candidates who qualify for the AFCAT II 2020 exam will have to appear for the AFSB testing/interview. The AFCAT exams are conducted in two stages. Meanwhile, the AFCAT II 2020 exam was successfully conducted between October 3 and 5, 2020.
