October 27, 2020: Some candidates who appeared for Air Force Central Admission Test 2020 expressed their concerns about the results. Replying to students’ queries, the Indian Air Force stated that there was no discrepancy during the commencement of the Air Force Central Admission Test 2020. 

The question regarding issues found in AFCAT 2020 was raised over the social media platform by the candidates. After going through several tests and rechecking, the IAF stated that there is no discrepancy found in the IAF basic examination. 

On October 26, 2020, the Indian Air Force said," Concerns have been expressed by some candidates about the result of AFCAT. The integrity and correctness of the process have been rechecked and no discrepancy has been found. The statement was made to clarify the doubts of the aspirants.

AFCAT examination is conducted twice a year for IAF candidates. The answer sheets are checked by computerized methods, and the examination is conducted on the behalf of external exam agency CDAC. 

 AFCAT (Air Force Common Admission Test) is conducted on the behalf of Indian Air Force with the help of C-DAC for candidates who wish to join the Indian Air Force as Commissioned Officers. There are several recruitment vacancies in Indian Air Force including the Flying, Ground Duty (Technical), and Ground Duty (Non-Technical) branches. 

The selection of the candidates is based on an entrance examination conducted by the Indian Force exam authority and external exam agency C-DAC. AFCAT 2020 was conducted on February 22 and February 23 for eligible candidates. The exam was conducted in over 100 cities of India in the morning and afternoon shifts.

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the AFCAT 2020 interview round, which was scheduled to be conducted on March 23, 2020, is now postponed. AFCAT 2020 Results is available for candidates who appeared for the written examination and EKT exam, which was conducted on February 22 and February 23, 2020.
