The Indian Air Force has announced the new exam dates for AFCAT (2) 2020. The exam was earlier scheduled for October 3-4, 2020. It will not be conducted on a third day as well which is October 5, 2020. Earlier the exam was scheduled for September 19-20, 2020 but was postponed. The AFCAT (2) admit card is yet to be published and once it goes live, it will be available till the exam date for download. The exam for AFCAT (2) comprises of General Awareness, Verbal Ability in English, Numerical Ability, Aptitude Test and Military Reasoning. The candidate who are opting for Ground duty will have to appear for AFCAT and Engineering Knowledge Test. The EKT has questions from Mechanical, Electronics and electrical and Computer Science Streams. The marks allotted for AFCAT is 300 and for EKT it is 150 marks. This is one of the most popular exam to get into the services of IAF and both male and female candidates can take the exam. AFCAT is conducted twice every year and this year, it is conducted in October. Keeping in mind the COVID-19 Pandemic, the exam will be conducted taking all the necessary sanitization measures and precautions.
