NTSE 2017-18 Stage 1 result was announced on February 8, 2018.The exam was conducted by SCERT on November 4, 2017. Total 25 students have been shortlisted for the next level. NTSE or National Talent Search Examination is a 2-stage selection process conducted for awarding scholarships to deserving candidates. Every year around 1.5 lakh candidates appear for the exam out of which only 1000 candidates are awarded the scholarships.

Mizoram NTSE 2018: Question Papers

The question paper is divided into 3 papers MAT (Mental Ability Test) SAT (Scholastic Aptitude Test) and LCT (Language Comprehension Test).

A brief description of NTSE Stage 1 paper is mentioned below:-

LCT (Language Comprehension Test) is a qualifying exam in nature. This section won’t be included as a decisive factor for merit list of stage I.

For every correct answer, candidates are awarded 1 mark. There is no provision of negative marking in stage 1 NTSE exam.

NTSE answer keys will be hosted on the official website of the exam.

  • Candidates can compare their OMR sheet submitted along with the official answer key.
  • They can also challenge the answer key backed by some proof.
