The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) conducts various central level examinations all over India for the appointment of various Class I and II posts under the central departments. Recently, the UPSC has released an important notification related to the UPSC Principal posts exam on its official website.
UPSC had released an official advertisement (No. 7/2021) on its official site, inviting the applications for the recruitment of 363 posts of principal in Directorate of Education, Education Department, Government of NCT of Delhi.
The commission has released an important notification on the official website related to the Principal exam (Advt. No. 7/2021). The commission has postponed the principal post recruitment process due to the resurgence in the cases of Covid-19.
The official notification released on the commission’s website read - “Due to the prevailing conditions caused by the Novel Corona Virus (COVID-19), as a precautionary measure, the recruitment process in respect of Indicative Advertisement No. 07/2021, Vacancy No. 21040701324 advertised/notified in the 'Employment News' on 24.04.2021, is deferred. It would be republished in due course”.
The commission has taken this important step in order to avoid hassle and in the favour of the health of the candidates. The notice also read that the notification will be republished in due course of time.
