UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) released E-Admit Card for the Recruitment tests to be held on March 19, 2017 on upsc.gov.in. The Admit Card can be downloaded from the official website using candidate’s application number, registration ID and roll number.

The Selection Process of UPSC Recruitment includes written test on March 19, 2017. All the shortlisted candidates of the written test will be called for interview rounds. The Final Selection of the candidates will depend on their performance in the written test and interview combined.

Know About UPSC Recruitment

The Recruitment test will be conducted for following posts. The Admit card is a mandatory document and must be presented at the test venue along with a valid identity to support their identity.

The Admit Card is available at the official website. Candidates are advised to obtain the admit card in hard copy at the earliest and must present it during all the stages of Recruitment processes. Following steps must be followed to download ORA e-Admit Card from upsconline.nic.in

Details Mentioned on the Admit Card

Admit Card comprises details about the applicant and the test applied for. The details mentioned on the admit card is obtained from the information provided by the candidate during registration process. The following details are mentioned in the ORA e-Admit Card.

  • Candidate’s Name
  • Father’s Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Enrollment Number
  • Test Venue
  • Test Timings

Discrepancies in the Admit Card

As mentioned earlier, the details mentioned on the Admit card are provided by the candidates during registration process. Any deviation in the details mentioned on the Admit Card and actual data will result in cancellation of application. UPSC Recruitment 2017: Important Guidelines

These are few Important Guidelines issued by UPSC. Candidates have to follow these points on the day of UPSC written test:

  • Candidates must bring their UPSC admit card to examination hall.
  • Candidates have to bring their own pencil and pen containing blue or black ink.
  • Applicants cannot bring any kind of electronic device to the exam center like Mobile phone, Calculator and Bluetooth etc.
  • A candidate can fill an application once.
  • UPSC authority can reject any application at any stage of selection process.
