The Union Public Service Commission has released the notification on the CMS application process which will be beginning from July 29, 2020. The application fees for the UPSC CMS exam is INR 200 for unreserved category male candidates only. Females and reserved category aspirants are exempted from the fees payment. The application form can be filled till August 18, 2020. The UPSC CMS exam is an online CBT exam. The exam is scheduled for October 28, 2020 and those who qualify will be called for a personal interview. This year, there are 559 vacancies for which the CMS 2020 will be conducted.
Candidates who have qualified the written and the practical exams for MBBS can sit for the exam and fill up the application form. The maximum age limit for applying for CMS is 32 years. The candidates from reserved category are also eligible for age relaxation.
