Combined Medical Service Exam conducted by UPSC is a nation-wide central government entrance test for medical students to join the public sector medical service. The medical entrance is a much-coveted gateway for medical graduates who wish to join the services of the Central Government. Earlier the notification release date for the exam was July 22, 2020, and the last date to apply was August 11, 2020. The UPSC CMS 2020 Prelims exam is scheduled for October 22, 2020.
Every year, in April the exam notification is released by UPSC for Combined Medical Service. But due to the COVId-19 pandemic and consequent lockdown, it had been postponed indefinitely for 2020.
