RRB Releases Exam Schedule For RRB (Ministerial and Isolated categories) Exam; Check The Exam Details Here

Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released a notice providing the exam schedule for RRB 2020 exam for Ministerial and Isolated categories on October 30. The schedule was released online. Earlier, the board released the date of examination. As per the schedule, RRB 2020 exam for Ministerial and Isolated categories will be conducted on December 15 onwards. The exams will end on December 23. Since the exams will be conducted in offline mode, the Board will take all the safety measures to avoid transmission of COVID-19.

The various details regarding exam center city, date and downloading of traveling pass (SC/ST candidates) will be out on the RRB region-wise websites. These details will be released 10 days before the start of the exams. The authorities have not released the admit cards yet. They will release the same 4 days prior to the start of the exam. Candidates will have to download the admit card using their User ID and password. Previously, the Board provided the candidates with the application status link. It was activated from October 15 to 20.

As mentioned, there are a total of 35208 vacancies to be filled through the exam. These include various posts such as Junior Stenographer (Hindi), Junior Stenographer (English), Junior Translator (Hindi), Staff & Welfare Inspector, Chief Law Assistant, Cook, PGT for vivid and diverse subjects like Political Science, Geography, Computer Science, etc. The selection is made through three phases. This consists of a Computer-based test, skill test for the posts applied, and lastly the document verification & medical examination. The 1st stage is conducted in online mode whereas the other two phases are carried on in offline mode. The final candidates who are recruited for the posts are placed at various locations across India. The computer-based exam is conducted for 100 marks and consists of 100 questions. These 100 questions are divided into various sections that include Professional Ability, General Awareness. General Intelligence & Reasoning, Mathematics, and General Science.
