RRB has released the latest notification RRB NTPC 2019-20 notification to recruit for the posts of NTPC (Non-Technical Popular Categories), Para Medical Staff, Material & Isolated Category and Level-1 Posts in Indian Railways. Also read- NRA CET from September 2021

The exam dates will soon be released within the month of December  2020. RRB NTPC Stage II is a Computer Based Test. Separate Stage-II CBT shall be taken for each of the 7th CPC Level i.e. Level 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 with the graded difficulty level. Check the latest RRB news here

What Is RRB NTPC Stage 2 Exam Pattern?

There are 3 sections that are asked in RRB NTPC under RRB Recruitment-Mathematics General Intelligence and Reasoning; and General Awareness. A total of 90 minutes are provided to complete the RRB NTPC Stage 2 Examination. However, The exam duration for PWD candidates is 120 Minutes.

RRB NTPC Stage II question paper will be available only in the language opted at the time of RRB NTPC Registrations and in the English language. In case of any discrepancy with the opted language, the English version of questions will be final. The level of questions will be different for a different level of posts.

The candidates selected for stage 2 will be 20 times the number of vacancies for each post.

General Intelligence and Reasoning

The reasoning is one of the most important sections for most of the competitive exam. The reasoning is generally a scoring subject in comparison to the quantitative section. Unlike numerical skill in reasoning section, you don’t have to learn formula but have to be strong with the tricks.

Quantitative Aptitude section is the deciding area for a candidate in the RRB NTPC merit list. If you are having decent basic concepts of Mathematics, then this section will be your favourite and highest-scoring section. Candidate must be able to solve questions quickly without compromising on accuracy. To do this the candidate must learn shortcuts & tricks and do away with the descriptive approach of problem-solving.

General Awareness & Current Affairs

General awareness has always been taken at the lighter note by many candidates, not realizing that how major it can be in competition Exam. This section can be attempted quickly in less time and at the same time, decent marks can be scored in this section if prepared well.

  1. Always read the latest newspaper and keep on the eye in the latest happening which is very helpful for you to be always updated with the latest news.
  2. Prepare notes of important news, corporate affairs and economy news and revise them daily for score good in Competition exam.
