The Uttar Pradesh Council of Primary Schools has started the document verification process of the selected Assistant Teachers. According to the news, the 69000 candidates who were selected after the result have to get their documents verified by April 26, 2021.
The chief of Basic Shiksha Parishad, Pratap Singh Baghel has clarified in his letter that it will be the responsibility of the BSAs if there is any error or delay in the document verification for the selected candidates.
He has said, “We have received information that no action has been taken on district level in relation to the document verification, due to which the salary of the selected candidates is not being released. However, the result of the selected candidates is already mentioned on the UP Board and other related websites.”

He also mentioned that the universities and the organisations will have to pay the required fees for the verification at the district level. The recruitment was done under the UP Sahayak Shikshak Bharti 2019 Scheme.
Earlier the Uttar Pradesh Shiksha Mitra Association had tried to create hurdles for this recruitment, but the Supreme Court had dismissed all its pleas and had allowed the state government to proceed with filling the 69000 vacant positions of Assistant Teachers. The apex court has said that the recruitment must be done based on the result declared in May 2020 by the Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board.
