The National Testing Agency has released the CSIR UGC NET E-certificate for 2020. The candidates who have cleared the UGC NET June 2020 exam can download their certificate of JRF and Lectureship from the official website. 

Before the certificates, the CSIR HRDG had released a notice asking the candidates to send the self-attested copies of their documents to CSIR for verification.

Only the candidates whose documents have been verified will be able to download the CSIR UGC NET certificate. The candidates who cannot download the certificate have to send their documents to CSIR HRDG for verification.

List of Document to be Sent

Following is the list of documents that need to be sent for verification, they can be sent online as well as offline. 

  1. Scorecard with the rank of the candidate available on the website.
  2. Certificate of Class 10
  3. Degree of M.Sc.
  4. Final mark sheet with required percentage
  5. Bifurcation of marks in case of dual degree
  6. SC/ST certificate (if any)
  7. Latest OBC Certificate (non-creamy layer) (if any)
  8. PwD certificate as per Indian Government rules (if any)
  9. EWS certificate issued by competent authority (if any)

Steps to Check and Download the CSIR UGC NET E-certificate 2021

  1. Visit the official website of CSIR at
  2. Find the link for ‘E-certificate- Joint CSIR- UGC NET June 2020’ and click on it.
  3. Choose your ‘Institution’ and enter login details.
  4. Enter the captcha code for security purposes.
  5. Enter the application number and your Date of birth.
  6. The PDF of the certificate will open.
  7. Check the details and download it.
  8. Take a printout.
