SSC JE 2018 Admit Card will be issued to the candidates from the Regional/Sub Regional office of the commission. It will be available in December 2017.

  • Admit card will bear applicant’s scanned photograph and signature.
  • Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will release the admit card and will be available for download on the official website
  • The other option to get the admit card is by visiting the regional/sub regional office website.
  • Applicants can download the admit card by entering the Registration ID and Date of Birth.
  • If any candidate does not receive the admit card or is unable to download from the website, the candidate should contact the regional/sub regional office(s).
  • Applicants should carry the proof of form submission.
  • With both the listed methods to get the admit card, Registration ID is necessary.
  • If candidate forgets or misplace his application number, it can be retrieved by answering the security question set by the candidate at the time of registration.

Applicants will be able to download the admit card three weeks before examination. The admit card will be available on the official website as well as on the regional/sub regional websites.

How to Download SSC JE 2018 Admit Card?

SSC JE 2018 aspirants can download the admit card from the official website. If in any case, the official website fails to load or download, checking the regional/sub regional website will be other option.

Here are the steps to download SSC JE 2018 Admit Card:

  • Applicants can download SSC JE 2018 Admit Card from the official website
  • Notification for the examination will be linked in recent notifications.
  • Click on the link “Junior Engineers Examination”
  • The page will navigate to fill in the details
  • Fill in Registration ID and Date of Birth from the drop-down menu.
  • And click search status.
  • Applicants can also download the admit card using the Roll No. and Date of Birth from the drop-down menu.
  • If applicants forget the roll no., they can download the admit card by entering the full name and date of birth.
  • Take a printout of the admit card after download.

Admit card is necessary to appear for SSC JE 2018 examination. As per SSC, applicants are required to carry the admit card to the examination center. Applicants will not be allowed to appear for the exam without the admit card.

Documents Required with SSC JE 2018 Admit Card

At least one of the original and valid identity proof should be carried along to the examination. Invigilators in the exam hall will require to cross check the identity with the appearing candidate.

The identity card should be free of damage. The name and details of the id should match with that on the admit card.

SSC JE 2018 Exam Day Instructions

Following instructions are present at the back of SSC JE 2018 Admit Card:

  • Applicants should reach the exam venue at least 30 minutes before the exam.
  • No entry in the exam hall will be permitted after the commencement of exam.
  • Rules and Instructions should be followed which will be given by the Invigilators on the day of examination.
  • The act of copying or receiving assistance during the examination will lead to disqualification.
  • Calculators, books, mobile phones, written notes, or any other electronic gadgets are strictly prohibited in the exam hall.
  • Black ball point should be used to fill the answer sheet.
  • Applicants must submit their answer sheet in good condition before leaving the hall. Answer sheet should not be torn or crumpled by any means.
  • The question booklet is for applicants and should not be submitted.
  • Travel allowance will not be provided by SSC.
