The Staff Selection Commission has declared the result for SSC CHSL 2018 Tier-II on February 25, 2020. Only 37 candidates were qualified according to the result for DEST for DEO other than CAG, 1741 candidates were qualified for DEST for DEO in CAG and 30822 candidates qualified for typing test for LDC/JSA, PA/SA based on their total marks in Tier-I and II. Apart from these, 4559 candidates were disqualified for Unfair Means and many had appealed to the Commission to examine the matter. Based on the investigation, the Commission had decided to give one-time exemption to the candidates who were disqualified. Among these candidates, based on the minimum cut-off marks for the Tier-II exam followed to publish the results in February.
According to the cut-off, the following are the additional number of candidates who qualified in each category:
SSC CHSL is a recruitment exam conducted once every year for recruiting candidates in several posts like PA/SA and LDC. the minimum qualification required is 10+2 and there are millions of aspirants every year who apply for this exam. for SSC CHSL 2020, the exam has been partially conducted as it got postponed mid-way due to the COVID 19 Pandemic. The exam for the remaining candidates will be conducted on October 12-16, 19-21 and 26, 2020.
