November 11, 2020: A new notification has been issued by Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) to recruit eligible candidates for the posts of Project Engineer, Project Officer, Trainee Engineer and Trainee Officer. Applications can be submitted by aspiring candidates for 549 vacancies. The last date to submit online applications for BEL recruitment is November 25, 2020. The recruitment notification can be downloaded from the official website @bel-india.in

All these vacancies are available on a contractual basis. Aspirants who are appointed as Project Engineer and Project Officer are engaged for an initial period of 02 years. Those who are appointed as Trainee Engineer and Trainee Officer are engaged for 01 years.

Eligibility Criteria 

Post Eligibility Criteria
Project Engineer BE/ B. Tech/ B. Sc engineering degree in the relevant discipline along with 2 years of work experience
Project Officer MBA/ MSW in HR/ PG Degree/ PG Diploma along with 2 years of work experience
Trainee Officer Two years of MBA in Finance along with 6 months of post-qualification work experience
Trainee Engineer BE/ B. Tech/ B. Sc engineering degree in the relevant discipline along with 6 months of post-qualification work experience

The fee to be submitted

Trainee Officer and Trainee Engineer Rs. 200/-
Project Engineer and Project Officer Rs. 500/-

SC/ ST/ PWD categories candidates are exempted from the fee submission. The fee can be submitted using the SBI Collect method.

The selection of the candidates will be based on their educational qualification, work experience and the interview. Out of the total 100 marks, 75% marks will be based on the candidate’s academic records. Candidates will be awarded 10% marks for the relevant post qualification work experience. Thereafter, eligible candidates are called for the interview round. Around 15% marks for awarded for the interview round. Information related to the video-based interview will be intimated to candidates through their email ID.
