BEL is recruiting for the 02 post of Sr. Assistant Canteen Officer in E-I grade. BEL requires experienced applicants for the same post. The online application form is available from January 24, 2017 to February 18, 2017. Candidates having graduate degree are eligible for this post. Candidates required to pay an application fee of INR- 500. SC/ ST category applicants are exempted from application fee. The selection will be done through written test followed by a personal interview. The CTC will be offered 5.6 lakhs per annum.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates with any of the eligibility can apply for BEL Recruitment. The required eligibility for the post of Jr. Asst. Canteen Officer are given below:

  • Three years full time Diploma/ degree in Catering Technology
  • Graduation in any discipline or equivalent

Experience – Candidates should have minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience in big industrial canteens.

Age Limit – The upper age limit for mentioned post is 40 years. Candidates belonging to SC/ ST category will be relaxed by 5 years and OBC category applicants will be relaxed by 3 years. The age limit will be reckoned as on January 01, 2017.

Selection Process

The selection of candidates is based on the written test and personal interview. Candidates will have to qualify written test to go for personal interview round. The final selection is based on the relative performance of candidates in both rounds. Experience certificates issued by the employer clearly indicating the specific area of experience should be enclosed.

Pay Scale

The basic pay scale for the selected candidates is INR- 12,600 to 32,500. The CTC will be offered is INR- 5.6 lacs per annum. In addition to Basic Pay, other allowances like Dearness allowance, House Rent Allowance, 48% of the Basic Pay as perquisites, Performance Related Pay, Group Insurance, Medical facilities, Provident Fund, Pension, Gratuity as per the Company's rules will be part of the remuneration package.
