BEL (Bharat Electronic Limited) is inviting applications for the post of CSR officers on contract basis for its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Division, Corporate Office. Candidates wish to apply are suggested to check eligibility criteria before apply for the post. BEL written test and Interview will schedule on March 30, 2017. Candidates will be selected on the basis of written test and Interview.

BEL Recruitment 2017: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates wants to apply for the post of CSR officers must have fulfill the below eligibility criteria.

  • Candidates must have Master’s degree in Social Work with Specialization in Community Development / Social Development.
  • Candidates who done masters in any other specialization will not be allow to sit for written test.
  • Applicants should have minimum 60 percentile marks in their masters
  • Candidates belong to reserved category (SC/ ST), need passing marks in masters to apply for the post
  • Applicants who has one year experience of post qualification will get preference at the time of BEL selection process.

Age Limit

The maximum age limit for the post of CSR Officers is 25 years. Candidates who are maximum 25 years as on March 01, 2017 can apply only. There is relaxation of 3 years for candidates who belong to OBC category. And 5 year relaxation for SC/ ST candidates.

BEL Recruitment 2017: Written Test & Interview

There will not be any formal application form that candidates will be required to fill. A walk in selection has been scheduled on March 30, 2017. Candidates must report at 8:30am at exam Center for learning and development (CLD), Bharat Electronics limited, BEL Circle, Jalahalli Post, Bangalore – 560013.

Candidates will have appear in written test from 9:30am to 10:30am. It will be followed by an interview round. Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their performance in written test and Interview combined.

BEL Recruitment 2017: Selection Process

Selection process of BEL Recruitment is based on written test and Personal Interview. The written test is purely conducted by BEL authority. The shortlisted candidates based on their performance in the written test will be eligible for Interview round. The candidates who will qualify Interview round will be appointed for the post of Contract CSR Officers.

Pay Scale

The basic pay scale for the post of CSR officers is INR 18000 per month.
