IBPS RRB Result status for Officer Scale I, II & III has been made available by Institute of Banking Personnel Selection on December 20, 2016. Three separate lists are published for IBPS RRB Mains/Single exam. To check IBPS RRB result status, candidates are required to enter their Registration Number/ Roll Number and Date of Birth/ Password. IBPS RRB Score Card will be made available after 7 days. Candidates who have scored overall and sectional cut off marks are provisionally shortlisted for Interview.

After the release of IBPS RRB score card, qualified candidates will be called for Interview in January 2017. The candidates who qualify the main examination for RRB exam are eligible to appear for interview. The minimum marks required to qualify the interview is 40% (35% for reserved candidates). The candidates are selected on the basis of the 80:20 ratio of Main: Interview.
Post declaration of the combined score, IBPS considers the RRB vacancies filled by the participating organizations and the preference of the candidate mentioned in the IBPS RRB Online Application Form. IBPS initially allocates shortlisted candidates to one of the participating institutes based on merit- cum-preference basis provisionally.
