  2. Handling withdrawals: Passing and paying out cash payment of withdrawal forms, cheques, etc

Probation or Training period

The training or probation period of the post of IBPS RRB Office Assistant (Multipurpose) is usually 6 months to 1 year. During this time period candidates will get knowledge of various functions of bank and they will get familiar with work.

IBPS RRB pay scale is different for various banks. Each RRB bank has its own criteria of the Pay Scale as per their policy. IBPS RRB Office Assistant is starting a job in the banking sector. The basic salary during the training period is around INR 10,000 to 15,000 and it increases according to candidate’s performance.

IBPS RRB office Assistant Selection Process

The selection process for the post of office assistant will be based on Common Written Exam and Interview round held by IBPS.
