IBPS RRB 2018 Admit Card will be available for download from the official website of IBPS, www.ibps.in, 15 days before the commencement of exam. IBPS regularly conducts CWE (common written exam) and other examination for the recruitment of officers and clerks at different open and rural banks located in different regions of the nation.

IBPS will issue RRB 2018 Admit Card for the posts of officer scale-1, 2, 3 and office assistant (multipurpose). After the completion of application process the allotment of the admit card will be done only to the candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria set by IBPS. An eligible candidate can download his/her call letter’s soft copies from the website by entering his/ her details i.e. Registration Number and Password/Date of Birth.

Candidates must note that no hard copies of call letter will be sent by post or e-mail to them. The Centre, venue address, post applied for, date and time for examination and interview will be mentioned in the respective Call Letter. Admit card for Preliminary exam will be released around the mid-week of August 2018. Admit card for main and single entrance will be given around mid-week of September 2018.

Candidates using scribe must note that they are required to download a separate call letter for the scribe. All the information regarding the availability of IBPS RRB 2018 Admit Card will be sent through e-mail or mobile number registered on the RRB 2018 Application form. Candidates need to follow easy steps to download the IBPS RRB 2018 Admit Card. Some important details such as Registration number, roll number and Log-in Password should be kept handy. The following steps should be followed to download the admit card:

Documents Required on Exam Day

Candidates must not forget to carry the following documents along with the admit card on the exam day. These documents are to be produced for verification when asked. Failure to produce these documents will lead to the prohibition of candidate from appearing in the exam. The documents are listed below:

  • Printout of the Admit card.
  • Original Photo Identity proof such as Aadhar card, Driving license, Voter ID card, PAN card, Passport or any valid identity card.
  • Photocopy of the Identity proof.
  • Passport size photograph.

Important guidelines for Exam

Candidates should carefully read the instructions mentioned on the IBPS RRB 2018 Admit Card. The instructions to be followed by candidates before or during the IBPS RRB Exam are listed here:

  • Paste a recent passport size photograph in the space provided for pasting the photograph.
  • Bring the call letter along with a valid original photo Identity proof and a photocopy of the same identity proof to the exam center.
  • Candidates will not be allowed to appear in the exam if they failed to produce these documents.
  • The admit card should be in good condition. It should not be mutilated or tampered.
  • Candidates should list the details such as name, registration number, roll number and signature on the photocopy of the ID proof.

  • Candidates are required to put left thumb impression clearly and sign clearly in the respective spaces provided on the call letter in the presence of the invigilator in the examination hall.
  • Staple the photocopy of the identity proof along with the admit card and submit both of them to the invigilator when he asks.
  • The candidates are required to follow the instructions of the invigilator throughout the examination process.
  • Candidates are prohibited to use books, note-books or notes, calculator (separate or with watch), pagers, cellphones, slide rules, foot rules inside the examination hall.
  • Rough work should be done by the candidates only in the rough sheet provided by the invigilator. The candidates are required to handover the rough sheet to the examiner before leaving.
  • The test takers are needed to maintain complete discipline in the examination hall.
  • Any malpractice or act of misconduct during the examination will lead to immediate disqualification of the candidates
