IBPS RRB Result is announced on March 10, 2017 by IBPS. The final result along with the provisional allotment list has been declared for the post of Officers Scale I, II, III and Office Assistant at www.ibps.in Candidates can check IBPS RRB 2016 Result on the official website by providing their registration number and password. They can check their result till April 10, 2017. The selected candidates will be shortlisted for next round of selection process i.e. personal interview conducted by IBPS.
IBPS RRB Result is calculated after adopting the process of equi-percentile method of normalization. The scores up to two decimal points will be taken for the purpose of calculation. The combined final score of the candidates will be calculated on the basis of scores obtained in the written test and personal interview. The relative ratio of written test and interview will be 80:20 respectively for the Officers scale.
IBPS RRB common written test is conducted for the recruitment of Group A and Group B Officers in Regional Rural Banks. Candidates will be provisionally allotted in 56 Regional Rural Banks on the basis of post-wise and category-wise vacancies reported by the banks.

The answer key is released by IBPS within a month after the completion of common written examination. It is available for all the sets of question booklet given in the entrance test. Candidates can check the answer key on the official website of IBPS. With the help of answer, candidate can calculate the total marks and can analyze their exam performance. IBPS RRB Selection Process is a three-step process which are preliminary, Mains and Interview. IBPS Prelims exam is of 80 marks which includes two sections i.e. Reasoning Ability and Quantitative Aptitude. It is conducted for the post of Office Assistant (Multipurpose) and Officers Scale I. Candidates need to solve the both sections in 45 minutes. They have to qualify prelims examination to go for Mains examination.
IBPS Mains exam consists of five sections i.e. Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, Financial Awareness, English/Hindi and Computer Knowledge. Candidates applying for Office Assistant have to qualify Mains Exam to go for Provisional Allotment. Those candidates who have applied for the post of Officer Scale I will be called for interview round. Candidates will be shortlisted for next round on the basis of merit list, prepared according to the reservation policy.
If two or more candidates scores equal marks in the written test, then the following order of preference is considered while preparation of merit list during a tie-breaker.
This is the final stage of IBPS RRB Selection Process. The interview round will be coordinated by Nodal RRB with the help of NABARD and IBPS in consultation with the appropriate authority. The total marks allotted for interview round is 100. Candidates belong to general category have to secure at least 40% of marks in personal interview round while it is 35% for SC/ ST/ OBC/ PWD candidates. The relative weightage for online entrance test and personal interview is 80:20 respectively. Candidate should qualify both in the written test and interview with high marks so that they can be shortlisted for provisional allotment process. Candidates have to produce all the original certificates to appear for interview round. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to participate in interview in the absence of documents.
