The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection is an autonomous agency in India. It is the institution that conducts the examination for the recruitment of candidates in the banking sector. The IBPS exam is conducted through CWE which is a general written test.Annual examination for both the posts is conducted by the organization. IBPS PO exam is objective type, in which five subjects are there, English Language, Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, General Knowledge, and Computer Knowledge Test. Work profile | Selected candidates will be on probation for 2 years. Probationary officers and managers in banks deal with and maintain customers and oversee regular branch activities. To take care of public relations, monitor and regulate branch activities and functions, resolve customer related issues and complaints, monitor and monitor daily branch and customer transactions and handle loan processing. An assistant manager is expected to multitask and verify the work done by the clerk whenever required.
