The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has officially released the UPSC Detailed Application Form-I (DAF-I) for the Civil Services 2020 Mains Examination on October 28, 2020, at its official website Candidates who have qualified for the UPSC IAS prelims exams 2020 can be able to visit the official UPSC site and fill the UPSC CSE Mains DAF-I 2020. The UPSC CSE Mains DAF-I 2020 will be available from October 28, 2020, till 6 PM on November 11, 2020. 

UPSC will conduct the IAS Mains Exams 2020 from January 8, 2021, and will continue for 5 days for all the nine papers of UPSC CSE 2020 exams across various exam centres of India.

Candidates can follow the below-mentioned steps to apply for the UPSC IAS DAF 2020.

  • Go to the official site of UPSC @ 
  • Click on the link of UPSC DAF Mains 2020 available on the homepage 
  • You'll be redirected to a new page to register 
  • After registration, an ID and password will auto-generated 
  • Use these credentials to login 
  • Proceed to fill in the UPSC CSE DAF-I 2020

UPSC IAS Prelims Exam 2020

Earlier, UPSC successfully conducted the UPSC IAS prelims exam on October 04, 2020, and the results for the Prelims exams were announced on October 23 (roll-number wise) and on October 26, along with the name list of the qualified candidates.
