Union Public Service Commission is expected to publish the result of Mains Exam of Civil Services conducted in the month of December, 2016. The Result will be published at upsc.gov.in before January 15, 2017. The Result will be published in form of score card comprising marks scored by the candidates in all the papers of CS Mains.
The Candidates scoring marks above than the mentioned cut-off are recommended for Interview Round of UPSC Civil Services. The Cut-off is decided by the commission considering various factors such as average marks scored in CS Mains, Normalized Scores, Vacant Positions and number of test takers.
The next round of Selection Process consists of Group Discussion followed by Personal Interview of all the shortlisted candidates.
